Believe me, next gen iPad will support 4G LTE. Why?

1) American mobile operators are implementing LTE network now.
2) In order to support large data transfer due to higher resolution and iCloud, iPad needs LTE with faster data transfer.
3) Use iPad to test LTE before it’s implemented into iPhone.

The above three reasons make me believe Apple will introduce LTE in iPad 3.

Next week Apple will launch iPad 3. In Apple’s invitation letter, we can’t see Home button, will iPad 3 remove the Home button?

Apple’s product design has always been as simple as possible. If we only consider practicality, Home button is a bit redundant. As the only physical buttons in the lower part of iOS devices, Home button is the button which has highest probability to be used: exit application, return to main interface. The high frequency use not only leads to wear of this button and also increase the operation steps of iOS devices.

In iPad community, we can find lots of complains about they have to replace the Home button after some time because it doesn’t work. As a full touch screen device, all the functions of Home button now can be replaced by touch in graphical interface. So the removal of Home button will again optimize user experience and it can also save some space for some other parts.

Apple has hired one London music studio to create music files for this new format and those music will be imported into iTunes. So users can transfer them to their iTunes cloud library for sharing between various iOS devices.

comScore latest statistics data shows that although mobile platform have grown fast, Windows is still the dominant operating system in the present.

comScore shows the traffic from various operation systems from last June to last December. It shows that Windows market share has slight drop, from 79.47% to 77.98%; iOS share rose slightly, rising from 3.59% to 4.91 %; Mac, Android and other operating systems haven’t seen change.

Compared to six years ago, market share of Windows indeed shrinks, while we can see, in the foreseeable future, Windows will still be the dominant operation system.

App Store download has increased quickly. In the first 9 month, App Store has got one billion download. In June 2010, it reaches 5 billion. In Jan 2011, it reaches 10 billion downloads.

Apple said in one conference it has already pay application developer 4 billion dollar. According to the policy, 70% revenue goes to developers and Apple gets 30%.

In Mountain Lion page, Apple already called it as “OS X 10.8″, not “Mac OS X 10.8″. Since 10.7 Lion, Mac OS has gradually merged with iOS, the removal of Mac may mean in the future, OS X can run on more devices, not just Mac computer.

What the devices will be?

Chikita survey data shows that the traffic from iOS devices is more than the internet traffic of Mac OS X. The traffic of iOS device is 8.15% of global web traffic, while Mac desktop is only 7.96%.

Though mobile platforms recently show explosive growth, the web traffic of iOS and Android are still less than traditional PC. Kreg Snit said until now, people still think smart phone and tablet computer as PC’s complement, rather than substitute.

One configuration file from Apple to mobile operators may imply Apple release iOS5.1 on March 9th.

The new iOS5 release date is close to the launch date of iPad 3, so people believe new iOS5.1 and iPad 3 on the same day. The above configuration file is sent to mobile operators in Japan, and France, and Greece, and Finland and Sweden. When new iOS released, Apple will update its configuration file to keep the mobile network connection work properly.

1. Open Terminal;

3 Use USB link your iPad/iPhone
4: download the Linux version of the jailbreak tool Absinthe-Linux-0.3.tar.gz (click to download) and extract.
5. run Absinthe (choose x86 or x86-64 64-bit version)
6. Click [ Jailbreak ] button
7. wait for this process is complete (will restart 1-2 times, then do not touch your device)
8 after the device interface Absinthe on the icon will appear, find and click to complete the escape. (The normal process requires WIFI link)
9. your device will reboot.
10 After the device reboots you will see the Cydia icon, which means that your device has been successfully escaped. (Because the file system can not work properly, click on Cydia has an initialization process. WIFI connection required)
